Tyrannosaurus
Tyrannosaurus was a very large genus of theropod dinosaur from the end of the Cretaceous period. In Jurassic Park: Operation Genesis, it is a 5-star carnivore that will eat any herbivore except Brachiosaurus and can have death duels with Triceratops, Stegosaurus, Ankylosaurus, and Spinosaurus. It will chase land cruisers if a Safari Adventure ride is placed in its enclosure.

- It is the only large carnivore in the game from the Late Cretaceous
- Death duels with Spinosaurus are more accurate than shown in Jurassic Park III, as Tyrannosaurus will sometimes win. Scientists believe that while Spinosaurus was larger than Tyrannosaurus, Tyrannosaurus was more powerful.
